Welcome to Acomplisht. By downloading, installing, or using the Acomplisht mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the App. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Acomplisht, you agree to these Terms (EULA) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms are entered into between you and Acomplisht (the "Licensor"), not Apple Inc. Acomplisht, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
2. Description of Service
Acomplisht is an AI-powered planner and journal application designed to help users set goals, track progress, build habits, and practice journaling. The App may include free and premium features, AI-generated suggestions, and wellness-related content.
3. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including journal entries, goals, tasks, and notes ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
You agree not to create User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
5. AI-Powered Features
The App uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized suggestions, insights, and recommendations. These features are intended for informational and motivational purposes only and should not be considered professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features of Acomplisht may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be clearly presented before purchase. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies.
6.1 Subscription Details
Acomplisht offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Access Pass: $8.99 per month (USD) after a 3-day free trial
- Yearly Access Pass: $78.99 per year (USD) after a 3-day free trial — equivalent to $6.58 per month
- Free Trial: 3 days for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase after the trial period ends
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies and must be requested through Apple, not through Acomplisht. To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the Acomplisht subscription charge
- Select "Report a Problem" and follow the prompts

7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, features, code, content, and branding (excluding User Content), are owned by Acomplisht. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our prior written consent.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' experience.
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App.
- Circumvent or disable any security or access control features.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acomplisht and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
14. Apple-Specific Terms
The following terms apply to your use of the App when downloaded from the Apple App Store and used on any Apple-branded device. These terms are required by Apple and supplement the rest of these Terms.
14.1 Acknowledgement
These Terms (EULA) are entered into between you and Acomplisht (the "Licensor") only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Acomplisht, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application (the "App") and the content thereof. These Terms may not provide for usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the date you accepted these Terms (the "Usage Rules").
14.2 Scope of License
The license granted to you for the App is a limited, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
14.3 Maintenance and Support
Acomplisht is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App, as specified in these Terms or as otherwise required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
14.4 Warranty
Acomplisht is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Acomplisht's sole responsibility.
14.5 Product Claims
Acomplisht, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation. These Terms may not limit Acomplisht's liability to you beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
14.6 Intellectual Property Rights
In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Acomplisht, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
14.7 Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

14.9 Third-Party Terms of Agreement
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App. For example, if you are using a VoIP application, you must not violate your wireless data service agreement when using the App. Compliance with such third-party terms is your responsibility.
14.10 Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms (EULA). Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
